“You don’t have to go out into the world and hunt down a great life. That is the lie. All you need to do is maintain your center and a great life will gravitate to you.” – JEN WARD
I love this quote. It’s funny because I hunted down a great life most of my life. And it’s tiring and never fulfills. Because it’s off our center.
The right technique is really to learn to listen to your center. I have benefited greatly from the SFT Tapping of Jen Ward. This technique shows you how to rip off layers which have interfered with getting to your center. Any of her books have these techniques, and “Enlightenment Unveiled: Expound into Empowerment” and “Emerging from the Mist: …” are two great ones to begin this process to standing in your center.
In my center, life opens. In my mind, life was a linear progression. It was stressful because “time” controlled my every move. But I am learning to live beyond linear limitations.
I had the opportunity to participate in the Jenuine Healing Weekend Retreat recently. It was a true spiritual adventure. 19 of us came together and practiced how to exponentially live our lives, dreams, by letting go of limitations of the mind, emotions, and memory through Jen’s healing practices. Jen “downloaded” her insights and gifts directly into us—giving all she had and teaching us what it means to live empowered balanced in male and female energy.
It’s like the lines are no longer drawn between individuals and yet, almost contradictory to that, I accept my individuality more fully.
If you have a chance to join a Jenuine Healing retreat, you should do it. Contact me for more information or see Jen’s blog at www.jenuinehealing.com
Everything seems to vibrate now–even trees look like they dance. Maybe this is what Van Gogh saw.
I have dropped all the labels,
said goodbye to past
I have every opportunity
at my grasp
there is no holding on
there is no holding back
there is only the now
to share what gifts I have
So I start today anew
asking what can I do
ready for a remarkable journey
to give and share true
to myself and to the moment
always that and then some more
counting blessings as they emerge
diving deep in spiritual allure.
