There are upgrades happening now on the planet. There’s an upgrade to individuals and to countries and to the expectation of truth. I am seeing this upgrade in friends and family. I see family members who recover from illness and choose to surrender to the lessons instead of getting bitter. In one night of news TV, I saw drug companies who sold deadly pharmaceuticals get prosecuted. I saw a woman move her family to Kenya to save elephants by working with local officials and Massai. I saw Russians defending freedom of speech and democracy despite death threats from Putin. I saw story after story of people dedicating their lives to truth, love, justice. I see moments of authenticity now on shows like America’s Got Talent

Exponential Teaching and Learning:
I wrote about overcoming anxiety in my book, “Why Zarmina Sings” based on my experiences as a teacher. I saw how my students and I could bypass fight or flight through creative play, movement, mindfulness, safety and more. I learned that there are ways to make learning easier and accelerate learning and I outline these in my 18 chapters. Free Your Choice!
5 Ways to Free Your Choice It was early this morning and when I went to type the blog post I typed choice instead of voice. And I stuck with this more challenging possibility. How do we free our choice? 1. Doing what I love more. I have decided to free my choice by spending more on what I love like my online business and writing. These mornings I treasure the little bit of quiet time I have to write and create courses online. 2. And so I need to say “no” to some things that bog me down. Doing things just for a paycheck, or doing things just to please people without the joy have to go. 3. I enjoy challenging “truths” from the
