To create something, the head makes the pictures and the heart fuels them.

Happiness comes from the making of a dream, not by pursuing a need or a want. (Yes we have to be practical but it’s good to find and fuel a dream.)
In 1910 Wallace D. Wattles in “The Science of Getting Rich” wrote:
“There is a thinking stuff from which all things are made, and which, in its original state, [my emphasis] permeates, penetrates, and fills the interspaces of the universe. A thought, in this substance, produces the thing that is imaged by thought.
Thought in its original state is energy.
We know now from quantum physics that at the subatomic level, there is no matter, only energy. That substance out of which all things proceed is energy.
What is this energy? It is thought, yes, but feelings too.
It also explains why we can’t just think good thoughts and manifest quickly. There is something else required. The mind works best, as I’ve explained in other posts, when the heart energy is is relaxed and in sync with the mind.
If the heart energy is blocked, there is no fuel to create what you want.
Top athletes use mental and emotional energy to produce results. They visualize winning, a good shot in tennis, an under 4 minute mile, whatever.

But the best athletes are artists. They use their thoughts and are very disciplined about it, but they fuel all they do with a love for the sport.
Laws of the Universe:
1. Everything is energy. At the subatomic level we see energy not matter.
2. Law of Vibration. Everything vibrates at a certain frequency. Then if you want something in your universe, vibrate at this frequency. How. Here’s the secret: love it—notice I didn’t say “want it” “need it.” More on this secret sauce later.
3. Law of attraction – like attracts like and opposites repel. How do you magnetize who and what you want to you? Feel that quality, think about that quality.
You are the center of your universe (learn more about concepts like this here). Not in a selfish way, but you are this spark of life and you are your atoms revolving around you. This is good because then you can feel things you need in your space. They will come to you.
So—if you want to something to come into your life, change your universe, change your frequency, begin to vibrate (DREAM) at this new frequency. Athletes have done this for a long time, why not the non-athlete?
