Journaling Coach

Express your voice and realize your creativity.

Journaling Coach

Do you feel like you could do more and be more? Maybe you suffer from self-doubt or anxiety which inhibits your success and authenticity. Perhaps you lack direction or purpose. When we follow others’ expectations or defer to the voices outside ourselves, we lose the ability to tune into our deepest wisdom and dreams. As a journaling coach, I can hold space for you to see what is holding you back, provide you with journaling exercises and support, so that you can manifest your creative projects and authentic relationships.

A Bit About My Journey:

For most of my life, I looked outside myself for answers, guidance and approval. Over the years, I learned many techniques to release anxiety and align my talents and purpose including drama, movement and deep energetic healing from Jen Ward. Journaling has been something I have always returned to and rely on.

I have Master’s degree in Education and taught College Preparatory writing to ESL students for many years. Before that, I was an actor and voice coach. Now I’m a nonfiction writer and teach classes in journaling.  I use my experience as a teacher, voice coach, and writer to help others on their journey.

Five Ways to Ground the Energy and Why It’s a Good Idea

After a life of high anxiety and over-thinking things, I had to relearn how to be in my body and ground. Grounding my energy has helped me in every way: It has helped me listen to my heart, calm my brain, and finish tasks—even get rid of the hiccups

Focus on What Shines in the Classroom and in Life

I was in class the other day and the semester was winding down. I had such a great group of students. Each was unique. I was looking over the outlines they created for their essay. I try to give them a way to creatively explore the topic, but don’t always have time to do this in class. Two of the students in class can’t go directly to an outline.
