Morning is a great time for transformation.
For years, I’ve tried to do my meditations or vision work in the morning.

I’ve heard Tony Robbins talk about his 5 minutes in the morning where he envisions his day and is grateful for those in his life. He also mentioned his morning shower ritual. He turns the water hot, then cold and hot again. This gets his brain and senses working. (I’m sure that works wonders, but I prefer a cup of hot tea.)
Recently, I added a “morning dance” to my day. It doesn’t take long, and it’s a way to wake up my body and be in sync with my mind and emotions.
You can use music or be your own music. If there is a part of you that is stiff, it’s a great time to use to loosen it.
I’ve also been so worn out or tired, that I just visualized myself doing a morning dance. This produces results too!
Since I’ve read You Are the Placebo by Dr. Joe Dispenza, I’ve become interested in how our mind and emotions affect our health. So if energy is stuck—in the form of thoughts or emotions—many times this is affecting the stiffness or problems in our body. A morning dance can show you what thoughts, emotions or other might be affecting the problem areas in the body.
So—shake it loose in the morning, or afternoon or evening. In a few days, you may notice a shift.
And if you can’t shake, visualize a shake!
